1) ORDERING

What methods of payment do you accept?

For customers paying in US Dollars: we accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club and PayPal.

For customers paying in other currencies: we accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.


Can I choose the currency I pay in?

We can take payment in US Dollars, British Pounds, Canadian Dollars, Euros and Swedish Krona.


Which countries does BOOM BOOM ATHLETICA ship to?

BoomBoom Athletica ships to most countries worldwide. Our shipping charges are set out here. If your country is not listed or have a question, please email info@boomboomathletica.com for further advice

How much does it cost to return my items?

Nothing. Returns are free by way of prepaid postage label.

Delivery policy - how long will it take or my order to be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch standard orders within 2 working days and delivery should take an extra one to two days. Dispatch is subject to availability and can take up to 7 days – we will notify you if any of the items you have purchased are unavailable or in the unlikely event we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason.

How do I know my order is on it's way?

You will receive an email from our delivery company letting you know your new purchases are on their way to you.

2) WASHING

How do I wash BOOM BOOM ATHLETICA clothing?

Each of our garments has its own wash and care instructions, please read these before you put them in the washing machine. We also recommend not putting our garments on a wash higher than 40 degrees, or in the dryer. Fabric softener should never be used with technical fabrics as it inhibits the sweat wicking properties of the garment.

How do I know which size I am?

Do you offer a repairs service?
