RETURNS

  1. If you do not like an item or it does not fit, please return it to us for a full refund or replacement.
  2. To begin the a refund or replacement, please email customerservice@boomboomathletica.com with a reference to your order number.
  3. We will email you a prepaid shipping label with the necessary shipping information. This will be at no cost to you.
  4. We ask that items returned  in original packaging and as-sold condition (e.g. not soiled or obviously worn) with swing tags still attached.
  5. Faulty items are dealt with individually. We stand by our products and will take care of you.
  6. We process refunds within 2-3 days of receipt of the return. This may take a billing cycle to appear on your statement. Our payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal and we have never had an issue with
