Returns and Exchanges


  1. If you do not like an item or it does not fit, please return it to us for a full refund or replacement.  Any items on discount, promotion or sale are final sale, so no return or exchange unless the item is faulty.
  2. We occasionally put on sale styles from previous seasons on deep discount. These are marked final sales so no returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.
  3. To begin the a refund or replacement, please email with a reference to your order number.
  4. We will email you with the necessary shipping information. 
  5. We ask that items returned in original packaging and as-sold condition (e.g. not soiled or obviously worn) with swing tags still attached.
  6. Faulty items are dealt with individually. We stand by our products and will take care of you.
  7. We process refunds within 2-3 days of receipt of the return. This may take a billing cycle to appear on your statement. Our payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal and we have never had an issue with
